8 portraits vidéo d'hommes et de femmes travaillant dans 8 ghats (quartiers donnant sur le fleuve Burighangha) du Vieux Dhaka sont projetés sur un sac porté sur la tête dans les rues étroites et bondées de la capitale bangladaise à la manière des coolies (porteurs locaux). 8 domaines d’activité, des gestes spécifiques, des environnements particuliers et des objets manipulés par des mains expertes. Par l'intensité de leurs regards et le travail qu'ils accomplissent, les portraits invitent le public à les regarder, à les suivre en procession.

8 video portraits of men and women working in 8 ghats (neighborhoods overlooking the Burighangha River) in Old Dhaka are projected on a bag carried on the head in the narrow and crowded streets of the Bangladeshi capital in the manner of coolies (local porters). 8 fields of activity, specific gestures, particular environments and objects manipulated by expert hands. Through the intensity of their looks and the work they do, the portraits invite the public to look at them, to follow them in procession.
